Development of an innovative, modular legal protection insurance in Switzerland
This study analyzed the modular structure of legal protection insurance in Switzerland. End customers had the possibility to select insurance elements as needed to create individual insurance packages. The goal was to examine market trends and customer preferences, including the popularity of items, the impact of modularity on purchasing decisions, and possible differences based on age or income. The results showed that customers valued the ability to create bespoke insurance packages. Overall, it was revealed that the modular structure met individual customer needs and enabled the insurance company to adapt its product strategy to remain competitive.
